Longueuil (Québec), le 14 décembre 2016 — Héroux-Devtek inc. (TSX : HRX) (« Héroux-Devtek » ou la « Société »), un important fabricant international de produits aérospatiaux, a fait savoir aujourd’hui qu’en raison d’ajustements des cadences de production de certains programmes, notamment celui du Boeing 777 et 777X pour lequel la Société est en voie d’accélérer la production des systèmes complets de trains d’atterrissage, elle ne sera pas en mesure d’atteindre son objectif de réaliser des ventes d’environ 500 millions de dollars pour son exercice financier 2019. Par conséquent, Héroux-Devtek retire ses prévisions financières. La Société analyse actuellement l’impact de ces ajustements et communiquera une mise à jour au moment opportun.

HÉROUX-DEVTEK PROVIDES UPDATE ON FINANCIAL GUIDANCE
Longueuil, Québec, December 14, 2016 – Héroux-Devtek Inc. (TSX: HRX) (“Héroux-Devtek” or the “Corporation”), a leading international manufacturer of aerospace products, today announced that in light of production rate adjustments for certain programs, including the Boeing 777 and 777X for which the Corporation is in the process of ramping up production of complete landing gear systems, it will not be able to reach its stated objective of achieving annual sales of approximately $500 million for its 2019 fiscal year. As a result, Héroux-Devtek is withdrawing its financial guidance. The Corporation is currently assessing the impact of these adjustments and will provide an update in due time.
